This alphabet is based on things that are related to Britain or are typically British. I managed to come up with a lot of ideas for some letters but struggled to think of any for the more obscure ones. I used a black gel pen and a grey felt tip to produce these quick line drawings.
I feel the grey felt tip has been really effective in adding a bit of tone to each of these drawings. Although I have only used it very sparsely, it makes the images seem less flat on the page.
